What is a naked domain?
A naked domain is domain you use for your website where you want to install proof, for example: company.com.
Is it hard to add the JS code?
Listen. It’s not rocket science. The JS code that you will provided is a single line of code that is associated to your domain, which in retrun will only work for your domain. It has to be entered theof your website or pages you need to display proof.
Can I install the JS code on my subdomains as wel?
Yes! Actually, we encourgae you to do so. For exmaple, if your subdomain is shop.company.com, then your JS code can be configured to popup accodingly across all your domains and subdomains.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
No. At least not for the time being. In our experience so far, our customers typically have a handful of domains, and in return purchase a purchase the service as required.
Is this for products pages only?
Nope. It’s for any website. You will be asked to personalize the message during the checkout process. For example “Recently became a client of XXX”, or “Recently subscribed to our newsletter”, or “Joined our training course”
What is your refund policy?
We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community. If you are not thrilled with the product or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy member.
